Who teaches it
Andrés Jiménez ran a call center for seven years. In 2025 the business went under, he paid off the staff and closed it, and for a while he could not find what came next. He learned all of this from zero in that gap, building it on his own operations before selling it to anyone. He teaches from Barranquilla: sessions run remotely anywhere in Colombia, and on the coast he shows up in person.

What people ask before booking the diagnostic call.
What if I cannot do three sessions a week?
Say it on the diagnostic call and we look at your calendar before starting. The three-a-week rhythm exists because what you learn on Monday is still fresh on Wednesday. It can be stretched, but stretching it too thin is the fastest way to forget things, and we will tell you where that line is for your case.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. Knowing how to use a phone and a browser is enough. The sessions run on your screen and your accounts, and the instructor watches you do it, so there is no step where you get left behind quietly. If you can write a WhatsApp message, you can do this.
Will I finish with something actually working?
That is the goal, and it is what we aim the four weeks at. Whether it fits depends on how complex the process you pick is, and that gets assessed in the diagnostic call before you pay a peso. If it does not fit in four weeks, you will know that on day zero, not on week four.
What happens after the four weeks?
You keep everything: the accounts, what you built and the map of what to do next. The point is that you do not depend on us. If later you want something bigger built for you, that is a different service and you decide freely whether to hire it.
Why one to one and not a recorded course?
Because the recorded course never covers the exact moment your thing breaks. Recordings show the path where everything works. Real learning happens when the connection fails, the account asks for something odd, or the answer comes back wrong, and someone is there watching your screen right then.
Can you do it in person?
Remotely, anywhere in Colombia and abroad. In person, in Barranquilla and nearby cities on the coast, depending on the week. Ask on the diagnostic call and we will tell you straight what is possible.
