If your business gets very few messages a month, the agent will not pay for itself. We tell you that on the call and point you to the website or the CRM first.

Why do the prices say "from"?
Because an agent that answers prices and opening hours does not cost the same as one that books, charges and invoices. The "from" is the simple case: one channel and your own data. On the 30-minute call we tell you your exact number.
How much does a WhatsApp chatbot cost?
Setup from USD 1,500 and USD 350 a month for one channel. The setup includes training on your prices, hours and policies and one person behind the agent. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta separately.
How much does the WhatsApp Business API cost?
Meta bills it separately, per conversation, and the rate depends on the country and the type of message. It is not part of any plan of ours and we do not print a figure because Meta changes it. We show you the current table before you sign.
How much does a WhatsApp CRM cost?
The CRM (GoHighLevel) connected to WhatsApp starts at USD 2,000 to set up, with the first month included, then USD 500 a month. It includes pipeline, calendar, forms, automatic follow-up and reports.
Why not use a free chatbot?
You can, if all you need is a button menu with frequent questions. Free options usually come without the official API, without a CRM and without a person behind them. If your business gets few messages a month we say so on the call: the agent will not pay for itself and the website or the CRM comes first.

Is there a minimum contract?
Yes. The monthly fee has a 12-month minimum and is billed month to month. We say it here and again before you sign.
How is the setup paid?
Half to start and the other half when it is up and running. The CRM setup includes the first month.
Can I start with just one thing?
Yes. Most people start with the agent or with the CRM and add the rest once the first one is producing.
Do you charge in pesos or in dollars?
The price is set in dollars. In Colombia you can pay in pesos at the rate of the day.
Do you work outside Colombia?
Yes, remotely, in Spanish and English, with businesses in the United States and Latin America. In person, in Barranquilla and along the Caribbean coast.
